How delivery works
- Every order is cooked fresh in our kitchen once it is confirmed, then delivered by our own delivery drivers. We do not use couriers or third-party delivery apps.
- Each order is delivered in one delivery, to the address you give at checkout.
- You can follow your order from the moment it is placed to the moment it is delivered on its tracking page.
Where we deliver
We deliver within Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to the areas below. We do not deliver outside Dubai and do not ship internationally. Choose your area at checkout to see its fee and minimum order before you pay.

Delivery hours
We take and deliver orders during our opening hours (UAE time):
- Monday to Thursday: 11 AM to 2 AM
- Friday: 2 PM to 2 AM
- Saturday to Sunday: 11 AM to 2 AM
Delivery times
Estimated times are counted from when your order is confirmed and are a guide, not a guarantee — weather, traffic and busy periods can slow us down. You can follow your order at every stage from its tracking page.
Order confirmation
As soon as your order is placed, or your card payment is approved, you see its confirmation page, with a link to track it, and we send a confirmation by WhatsApp to the phone number you ordered with. Our Terms & Conditions explain payment confirmation in full.
At your door
- Please give your full delivery address, including the building or villa name and number, the flat number and the area, and make sure your phone number is correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
- Our driver marks each order as delivered in our system when it is handed over, and we keep that record of every delivery as our proof of delivery.
- If we cannot reach you at the address given, we will try to contact you by phone. An order that cannot be delivered because of a wrong address or no answer may not be refunded.
