Cancellation policy
- You can cancel an order free of charge while it shows as Order Received on its tracking page, that is, before our kitchen starts preparing it.
- To cancel, call or WhatsApp us on +971 50 857 2846 with your order number.
- Once the order shows as Preparing, it is being made fresh for you and can no longer be cancelled or changed.
- We may cancel an order ourselves if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we do, we will tell you straight away.
- A cancelled order that was already paid for is refunded in full, through the original mode of payment, as described under Refund policy below.
Return policy
Our food is perishable and made to order, so it cannot be returned once it has been delivered or opened. Instead, if something is wrong with your order, we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. This applies when:
- you received the wrong item;
- an item is missing;
- an item arrived damaged, spilled or defective;
- the packaging appears to have been tampered with.
Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery, by phone or WhatsApp on +971 50 857 2846 or by email at info@alfajoe.com, with your order number and a photo where you can. We will then offer a replacement of the affected items or a refund of what you paid for them.
If packaging looks tampered with, please do not eat the food; contact us first.
Refund policy
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
- Card payments are refunded to the card used for the order, and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the bank that issued your card.
- Cash on delivery orders are refunded in cash, handed over by our delivery driver.
Refunds are made in AED, for the amount you paid for the affected items, including the delivery fee if the whole order is refunded or cancelled.
